לא ממעלה למטה קא חשיב והכי קאמר עשרה מיתה איכא פחות מעשרה פורתא נזקין איתא מיתה ליכא ולעולם אימא לך יש אומד לנזקין וכל מידי ומידי כי היכי דמיתזקה ביה בעינן
